Ingredients
1/2 Cup Cranberries
5 Medjool dried dates
1/2 Cup fruit & nut mix
1/2 Cup almond flour
1/3 Cup coconut flour
2 tbsp Chia Seeds
2 tbsp Coconut oil
1/3 Cup Organic honey
1/2 Cup Grass feed Protein Powder
1/4 Cup Raw Cacao Powder
1/4 Cup desiccated coconut ( Extra for rolling in)
Method
– Put all fruit & nuts mix in food processor until chopped
– Add dry ingredients until resembles bread crumbs
– Add wet ingredients (melt coconut oil first)
– Mix together & roll into balls tightly in palm of hands
– Roll in extra coconut or roll into coconut/ cacao powder
* Note: If too wet or too dry, just add more wet or dry ingredients
